Coronavirus Information FAQs

Are we open?

Bodyreactive is open, however we are currently running a reduced clinic so we are booking up quickly.

Is it safe for the clinic to be open?

Yes, we are following the advice of national and international health services and the Government, we have put additional measures in place to ensure that our patients and clinicians are safe within our clinics.

Can I postpone my appointment?

Yes, if you would prefer to be seen once the tiered system is lifted that is more than ok. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your booking within 24hrs you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

We require you to wear a suitable face covering:

  • when entering and leaving the clinic.
  • when asked to by your clinician.
  • if you have a medical exemption card please present this prior to entering.

Is my clinician required to wear PPE?

Our clinicians are required to wear PPE as determined by our risk assessment, that means there are certain activities that require our clinican to wear more PPE than others. Our clinicians are fully trained on when to wear PPE and how to put it on and take it off correctly. When identifying the requirement for PPE we have taken into consideration advice from international health services such as the World Health Organisation, the Government and national health services.

What do I do if I feel unwell?

If you are unwell, symptomatic or have tested positive for coronavirus, contact your clinician as soon as possible and do not attend your appointment, follow government regulation on isolating for the minimum period of time, and only rebook after the minimum period if you are feeling well again.
